I love how we are all linked together under the same Spirit and Savior. And you're one of those people, Derek! The Blainemonsterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13157965154638461280noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6415216177401538805.post-31916155012693494462012-01-03T12:54:50.172-05:002012-01-03T12:54:50.172-05:00I love this post! I have found great joy in cultivating these relationships. I agree with you 100%, Derek -- that we can have genuine relationships with people online whom we have never met. I haven't the privilege to meet my online friends as you have in meeting Barry, but they are indeed very precious to me and hold a huge place in my heart. I hope to one day meet them in person, but if not, then I know for certain we will have all of eternity!

Thanks for sharing!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11218766351328013258noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6415216177401538805.post-67312743353106121352012-01-03T11:08:18.272-05:002012-01-03T11:08:18.272-05:00Barry,

I look forward to seeing all of you again the next time we come to Florida.

Your point about so-called long distance relationships was excellent too, by the way. It's not only possible, but biblical and commendable to love and care about people you've never met and, for that matter, may never meet.

After reiterating your observation, though, I'm glad I can no longer say that I've never met you and your sweet family!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
